Terms of Sale
All orders require a 20% minimum deposit and must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up. Stock items canceled before delivery or pick-up receive a full refund. Allow 10 days for a refund to process. Credit Card refunds will be issued to the same card(s) used for payment; cash refunds will be issued by mailed check. Store credit is nonrefundable and will expire 2 years from date created. Refer to the store for additional details
Our Mind's Eye Love It Guarantee
Within the first 5 days, if you don’t love your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a one-time reselection or a refund if the item is returned in like-new condition. Standard delivery charges apply for each trip to the home. After 5 Days, all purchases are Final and Nonrefundable.
Exclusions: The Love It Guarantee does apply to custom orders, floor samples, clearance, final markdown, or AS-IS merchandise. These items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Design services, shipping and handling fees and delivery services are not refundable. See store for additional details.
Custom Orders
Orders require a 50% down payment that initiates production. You have 48 hours to cancel or make changes in writing.
Production & Shipping: Your item will be crafted to your approved specifications. Production and shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. Custom merchandise cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for delays outside our control.
Projected Timeline: We will provide an estimated arrival date at time of sale. Industry conditions, factory capacity, weather, or carrier delays may extend this estimate.
Our Promise: If we ship the wrong model, size, or fabric, we will at your choice, expedite a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund.
White Glove Delivery
When all your items are available to be delivered, we will contact you to schedule a date. The morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a call with your 2-hour Arrival Window. If you are not home when we arrive, we will wait 15 minutes before we move to the next stop. The original delivery charge is not refundable, and a second delivery charge will apply. We require an adult (18+) with ID to inspect and accept delivery. See store for additional details.

Limited Warranty
Mind’s Eye Interiors warrants all new furniture purchases for 1 full year from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the limited warranty. See store for warranty terms and exclusions.
No Use - No Lose - Protection Plan
For added peace of mind, protect your purchase with one of our Furniture Protection Plans. If you don’t file a claim, you may redeem the plan’s purchase price as an in-store credit within 6 months of plan’s expiration. Your credit may cover up to 50% of a new purchase (minimum $599.95). The original sales order is required for redemption. This non-transferable offer is for the original purchaser.
