With our White Glove Delivery service, your order will be assembled in the room of your choice & all packaging materials removed by our experienced employees.

- Removal of all packing materials from home
- The delivery team will take photos of your purchase to document the item’s condition at the time of delivery

- Disassembling of existing bedroom furniture
- Disassembling of existing metal bed frame, headboard, footboard
- Removal Service of existing furniture is available for an additional charge
- Removal Service of old mattress set is available for an additional charge

WHITE GLOVE TRIP CHARGE$149.95*
Sometimes you just can’t wait for everything on your order to be delivered at once. No Problem! Partial order delivery is available for an additional trip charge. This service is limited to a single address per order.
MISSED ARRIVAL WINDOW$149.95*
If an adult (18+ with ID) is not present to accept delivery, the order will incur the expense of the original trip, and will be charged for a second trip. To avoid the charge, just contact us in advance of your scheduled Arrival Window. We’ll work with you to reschedule!
* All Delivery Services are available within our local delivery area. Services outside this area may be available for an additional charge.
The morning of delivery, you will receive a call by 10am to confirm a 2-hour Arrival Window. We can call again to notify you we’re on our way.
Track your delivery with the QR code on the back of your sales order. It will provided your Arrival Window, stop number and live ETA updates as the day continues.
If you’re not home, we’ll wait 15-minutes. After that, we’ll hang a “Sorry We Missed You” door tag and continue to our next customer’s delivery service.
Optional White Glove Delivery Services
We offer optional specialized services for select items that you can add to your White Glove Delivery service. Depending on the service, a signed Damage Waiver may be required. Some exclusions apply.
SCHEDULED ARRIVAL WINDOW$49.95*
Request any of the following time frames: First Stop, Before 1pm, After 1pm, or Last Stop. Service availability is limited and will be confirmed by delivery team after purchase. Service is not available with Next-Day deliveries. First & Last Stop will vary based on your location and the day’s route.
BUNK BED SETUP$149.95 Each
Assembling our bunk beds can take up to an hour. Sit back and relax while our experienced team take care of it. This service must be added to the order at the time of purchase.
Removal Services
We can assist with the removal of the below items during your delivery. The condition of the item must be sanitary, with no signs of pests/heavy soiling, and cannot contain a water bladder of any sort. A clear path between the item and exit is required. Removal Services will be refunded if the items do not meet the conditions.

Removal Services are limited to “one for one” items and quantities.
**Our team carries basic tools and can complete light disassembly (legs & recliner/seatbackings only). If specialized tools are needed, we will not be able to remove the item(s).
Changes to In-Home & Removal Services must be made by 3pm, one day before delivery.
